Jeff Greenslade
Chief Executive Officer (Non Independent Director)
Jeff joined Pyne Gould Corporation and MARAC as Chief Executive Officer in 2009, and is responsible for the strategy and operational delivery of both businesses. He was appointed to the board in December 2009.
Jeff brings to this position 20 years experience as a senior executive in the ANZ National Banking Group, where he last held the position of Managing Director of Corporate and Commercial Banking for ANZ National Bank. From 2003 until May 2008 he spent time on the board of UDC Finance. Jeff has also held a number of senior positions in the Institutional and Capital Markets areas of the National Bank of New Zealand and its subsidiary Southpac.
Alan Williams
Group Head of Product and Distribution Development
BCom, ACA
Alan as Group Head of Product and Distribution Development is responsible for all of PGC's businesses product development, integration and distribution opportunities. Alan initially joined MARAC in 2001 and was appointed Chief Financial Officer for PGC in 2005, a role he carried out in addition to leading MARAC’s Finance, Treasury and IT teams.
Alan developed his talents in 25 years of finance at a senior level with several of New Zealand’s largest corporates before bringing his expertise to MARAC and PGC.
Craig Stephen
Chief Investment Officer
Craig Stephen was appointed Chief Investment Officer of PGC and MARAC in 2009. He is responsible for treasury, capital raising, investors, and mergers and acquisitions.
Craig ran a successful consultancy business over the past five years, prior to which he held a variety of senior positions in both the banking (Westpac) and corporate sectors (Fonterra). He is member of the Institute of Directors; is a former board member of the NZ Society of Corporate Treasurers and Institute of Finance Professionals of New Zealand; and currently holds the status of Certified Finance and Investment Professional.
Michael Jonas
Group Legal Counsel
Michael Jonas joined PGC as General Counsel in 2009. Michael is responsible for overseeing major transactions of the group, and overseeing management of legal risk and compliance.
Michael has been a successful and leading banking law partner in major New Zealand law firms (including two of the top three) for more than 20 years. In addition to his legal knowledge, he has extensive experience in transaction management.
Sean Kam
Chief Financial Officer
Sean was appointed Chief Financial Officer of PGC and MARAC in 2009. He takes responsibility for the Group’s financial reporting and accounting functions as well as ensuring that the business operates best practice compliance standards.
Sean has more than 18 years experience in senior finance positions, predominantly in the banking sector in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Directly prior to joining PGC he was the Chief Operating Officer and a director of ABN AMRO New Zealand, preceded by roles at Merrill Lynch New Zealand and BZW Barclays New Zealand.
Sarah Woodman
Marketing & Communications Manager
Sarah in her role as Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for the marketing strategy to assist the Company in achieving their business objectives.
Sarah has more than 10 years marketing and communications experience across a range of sectors. Sarah is also the Marketing and Communications Manager for MARAC, a role which she has held for the last six years.
Mark Mountcastle
Chief Risk Officer
Mark joined PGC in 2009 and brings over 20 years experience in banking and finance. He is responsible for managing all areas of risk for the business using his experience to guide controls in the approval, review, collections and recovery areas.
He has an extensive background in risk, originally in the credit area, and now applies these skills to a wider risk framework covering the measurement, management and reporting of risk throughout PGC’s business to ensure it is a function embedded in day to day operations.
Colin Hair
Company Secretary
BCom, ACA, FICSA
Colin became PGC’s Company Secretary in 2006, after having being Group Financial Controller for 12 years. Colin’s responsibilities include corporate governance, investor relations, and ensuring PGC’s compliance with company legislation and NZX regulations.
Before joining PGC, Colin worked for nearly 25 years in senior financial positions in the liquor and hospitality industry.
