Bruce Irvine was appointed to the PGC board in 2003 and became Chainman in 2009. He is also Chairman of the MARAC board. He is Chairman of the Audit Committee, and a member of the remuneration and appointment committee.

Jeff joined Pyne Gould Corporation and MARAC as Chief Executive Officer in 2009, and is responsible for the strategy and operational delivery of both businesses. He was appointed to the board in December 2009.

Sean was appointed Chief Financial Officer of PGC and MARAC in 2009. He takes responsibility for the Group's financial reporting and accounting functions as well as ensuring that the business operates best practice compliance standards.
